  • Representing real estate developer from Ploiesti against the municipality of Ploiesti in order to obtain the issuing of a second building permit for a commercial center, after the first one was annulled in court by the neighbors
  • Representing gold extraction investor in the process of obtaining several precursory administrative acts in order to obtain the final permit for mining
  • Representing off-shore investor in a dispute regarding the publishing of the its ownership right in the Land Book Office over several plots of land located in Iasi County.
  • Assisting a Swedish real estate developer with delivery of a second opinion on the urbanistic plans to be issued by the public authorities for a project located in Bucharest
  • Representing a group of real estate developers in a litigation aiming at declassifying a part of the Snagov Lake from the domain of the Romanian State
  • Defending the biggest real estate developer against a NGO and the Romano-Catholic Archbishop as neighbor in a court file having as object the issuing of a second building permit as the first one was annulled in court
  • Representing an Austrian real estate developer in a pre-litigation dispute with their neighbors as they were developing a real estate project right next to client’s building
  • Representing an Irish real estate developer against Bucharest water supplier in a claim for paying the prejudice caused to the developer by the water supply system that was under the plot of land on which the developer intended to build a industrial site.
  • Permitting law – administrative procedures and litigations for major Romanian real estate developers in relation to constructing a new hotel near the Romanian Athenaeum and a residential compound nearby House of Parliament. Defending the investments against the claims for suspension of the works and the annulment of the Building permits.
  • Representing a real estate developer in a pre-litigation dispute with constructor and obtaining a consistent reduction of the price for excavation works
  • Assisting the largest restaurant chain from Bucharest with an opinion on the mandatory character of the assent of their perimetral neighbors in order to obtain their functioning permit
  • Representing a real estate developer in relation to Romanian State construction Inspectorate (ISC) and other local authorities in a dispute with some neighbors that are conducting works without a demolition permit
